We had a back up plan if Sinead didn't turn up again and as I have an interest in acting and acted in our last year media production, I became the back up. Playing Dawn was harder than what I thought, although I had no lines and had to stare out the window, trying to sit still in a tight costume while trying to keep a straight face proved difficult. This was especially hard when our actors had to come over and shake me and poke at my ear.
But after the first scene was over we all settled down and it became much easier to sit still and stay in a trance. The only downside of playing Dawn was the ill fitting costume that was meant to fit Sinead, but it was a good experience of learning to keep a straight and stay professional.
